Bag storage and advertising measurement
We use essential browser storage to remember your shopping bag. Advertising cookies from Google Ads are only used if you accept them.
Shopping bag storage
Name: lola-bag. Technology: local storage on this device. Purpose: remember the doll identifiers and quantities you add to the bag. Duration: until you empty the bag or clear this website’s data in your browser. When you choose checkout, the bag contents are sent to our secure checkout so Stripe can show your order.
Live chat
Name: lola-chat (and lola-chat-seen). Technology: local storage. Purpose: keep your chat conversation on this device so you can continue it and see new replies. Only set once you send a chat message. Duration: until you clear this website’s data.
Remembering your choice
Name: lola-consent. Technology: local storage. Purpose: remember whether you accepted or rejected advertising cookies. Duration: until you clear this website’s data or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer.
Google Ads
Google Tag Manager (GTM-55QRRCXZ) loads Google Ads tags (account AW-18446851307) on every page using Google Consent Mode. Until you accept, advertising storage is denied and Google does not set advertising cookies. If you accept, Google may set cookies to measure which adverts lead to visits and orders, and to personalise advertising. Fonts remain hosted locally. No other advertising pixels or social trackers are loaded.
Checkout
Payments are taken on Stripe’s secure checkout page, which uses its own essential cookies for security and fraud prevention. See Stripe’s privacy and cookie policies for details.
Your country and currency
Name: lola-region. Technology: local storage. Purpose: remember your delivery country so prices are shown in your currency. Duration: until you clear this website’s data. You can change it at any time from the footer or your bag.
Website analytics
Our own analytics, described in our privacy notice, measures page views, scrolling, clicks and shopping steps. For most visitors it uses no cookies or storage on your device. Visitor cookie: name lola-vid; first-party; purpose: recognise return visits for our own analytics; duration: 13 months. It is set only if you accept cookies, or if you are visiting from the United States and have not pressed Reject. Pressing Reject removes it. If you opt out using lolasdolls.com/?analytics=off, we save a small note named lola-notrack in your browser so we can respect that choice.
Managing storage
Use your browser’s site-data controls to remove local storage for lolasdolls.com. This will reset your shopping bag. Private browsing or blocked storage may mean the bag is remembered only while the current page stays open. You can reopen the storage notice from the footer.
