A reborn doll is a doll created or finished to have a lifelike appearance. Different dolls use different materials and techniques. Look at the individual listing for body material, measurements, weight and what is included, rather than relying on the word “reborn” alone.

Full body silicone means the head, torso and limbs are silicone. We also offer vinyl and cloth-body dolls, identified in each listing. Read each listing for the individual construction, size and features, as these can vary between dolls.

Our focus is full body silicone reborn dolls with a substantial, weighted feel. Silicone has its own weight; the exact total depends on the size and construction. Compare the confirmed weight in kilograms before choosing, particularly if you plan to hold the doll for longer periods.

Our dolls range from 13-inch minis to 26-inch larger dolls. Every listing shows the length in inches and centimetres and the weight in kilograms and pounds, so you can compare them side by side.

Some of our dolls can be ordered as either a baby girl or a baby boy. On those listings, choose Girl or Boy before adding the doll to your bag. Your choice is shown in your bag and on your order confirmation.

Every doll comes home dressed in a lovely outfit, complete with accessories, chosen by us. Outfits and accessories vary, so yours may be different from those pictured. Blankets, soft toys and other props in the photographs are for styling only. Ask us if you would like to know what your doll will be wearing.

Handle gently, support the head and body, keep away from heat and direct sunlight, and avoid products or fabrics that may stain the surface. Always follow the care instructions for the particular doll.

Do not assume it can. Hair, paint, internal components and construction can affect water suitability. Only bathe a doll when the supplier’s instructions explicitly confirm that it is safe for that model.

Add your doll to the bag and choose Checkout securely. You will enter your delivery address and pay on a secure Stripe payment page. We email your order confirmation straight away, then again when your order is being prepared and when it is dispatched with tracking details.

Tracked delivery is included. Estimated windows are UK 6–9 days; EU 7–10 days, US 8–12 days, Canada 10–14 days and Australia 12–18 days. Orders to these regions have a 30-day change-of-mind window from delivery; contact us within that window, then send the return within the next 14 days. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Major debit and credit cards are accepted, and Apple Pay or Google Pay appear when your device supports them. Your card details are never shared with or stored by Lola Dolls. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency: pounds (UK), euros (EU), or US, Canadian or Australian dollars. You can change your country in the footer.

When your order is dispatched we email you the courier name and tracking number, with a link to follow your parcel. If you have not received an update, email support@lolasdolls.com with your order number.

Suitability depends on the particular doll, accessories and supplier’s age guidance. Realistic collector dolls are not automatically suitable as children’s toys. Confirmed age and handling guidance will be shown with each product.

Yes. We offer full body silicone, full body vinyl, and unisex cloth bodies with vinyl heads and limbs. Filter the collection by material to compare them.

People enjoy reborn dolls for many personal reasons, including the quiet routine of holding or dressing one. Choose at your own pace. A reborn doll is not a medical treatment, and we do not promise a therapeutic benefit.

A doll can be a thoughtful gift for a collector or someone who has expressed an interest in reborns. Check their preferred expression and size, the confirmed age guidance and what is included. The example age labels used in other listings do not establish the suitability of our dolls.

Most orders will not have any unexpected import charges. Where applicable, customs fees and import taxes are covered by Lola’s Dolls.

Any applicable taxes are usually handled as part of your order, so you should not receive an unexpected charge on delivery.

Higher-value orders outside the UK may occasionally incur a small local customs or tax charge depending on your country’s laws. We’ll always do our best to help keep any additional costs as low as legally possible.
