You are welcome to browse, compare dolls, try the matchmaker and order online. These terms explain the basics.
Products and photographs
Photographs may be styled and props shown are not automatically included. Screens can affect colour. Check the description and ask us about measurements, weight or contents before ordering if a detail matters to you.
Placing an order
Adding a doll to your bag does not reserve it. Your order is placed when payment is completed on our secure Stripe checkout, and it is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. Prices are shown in the selected delivery country’s supported currency. Our 30-day change-of-mind process, return-postage responsibility and refund timing are described on the Delivery & Returns page. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that apply where you live.
Choosing and caring for a doll
Read the individual product description and care guidance. Do not assume that all silicone dolls have the same weight, age suitability or bathing instructions. Reborn dolls are not medical devices and no therapeutic outcome is promised.

Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation. Product text and images must not be reused without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Nothing in these website terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
