One winning order in every completed group of 10. These terms explain the Lola’s Dolls full-refund promotion for orders delivered to the United Kingdom and United States.
The promoter
This promotion is run by Lola’s Dolls, an independent doll retailer based in Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. For questions about the promotion, contact support@lolasdolls.com and include your order number where relevant.
Who can take part
All orders placed with Lola’s Dolls for delivery to the United Kingdom or United States while this promotion is advertised are included. There are no excluded doll collections or minimum order values. Orders for delivery to other countries are not eligible.
Promotion period
The promotion is ongoing and currently has no scheduled end date. If the promotion closes, we will announce the closing date on the website before closure. Orders already included will retain their entry and any winning refund entitlement.
How to enter
Place and pay for your order as normal. Each eligible order is entered automatically once payment is completed. There is one entry per order, regardless of the number of dolls in that order. Separate eligible orders each receive an entry. No promotion code, separate entry form or additional entry fee is required.
How the draw works
Eligible orders are placed into groups of 10. Once a group contains 10 eligible orders, one order in that group is selected at random as the winner. Every order in that completed group has an equal 1-in-10 chance of winning. Each order belongs to one group and takes part in one draw. This is one random winner per completed group, not a guarantee that every tenth order wins.
Groups waiting to fill
A draw takes place only when its group reaches 10 eligible orders. The time needed to fill a group depends on orders being placed, so there is no fixed waiting period for the draw. The refund deadline starts when the winning order is selected, not when the order was placed.
The prize
The winning order receives a full refund of the amount actually paid to Lola’s Dolls for that order, including any delivery charges and taxes collected by us. Discounts are not paid out as cash: the refund is the amount paid after discounts. You keep your doll and the items supplied with the order. There is no separate claim fee or requirement to return the doll to receive the winning refund.
When and how refunds happen
We issue the winning refund automatically within 7 working days after the draw, using the original payment method. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund after it has been issued. If you have not received a refund you expect, contact support@lolasdolls.com with your order number.
Cancellations, returns and existing refunds
Your usual cancellation, return and statutory consumer rights are unaffected. The promotion cannot result in a refund greater than the amount originally paid for an order. If part or all of a winning order has already been refunded, that amount is deducted from the promotional refund so that the total refunded equals the amount originally paid.
Fair administration
We will administer the draws fairly and retain records of the group allocation, random selection and winning refunds. If an error affects a draw or refund, we will investigate and correct it without removing an eligible customer’s entitlement. No change to these terms will retrospectively remove an entry or prize already earned.
Personal information
Order and payment information is used to administer entries, draws and refunds and to answer promotion queries. We do not publish your name, address or order details as promotional content without your permission. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal information and your rights.
