A beautiful big doll
Florence has the substantial size I was hoping for. Her sleeping face looks especially lovely against darker colours.

Heavy and good
All good, very heavy and good quality
Worth checking the weight
I read the measurements carefully and I am glad I did. Florence is a larger doll and feels wonderfully substantial to hold.
Very pleased
Florence arrived safely and I am delighted. The larger cuddly size is even sweeter when seen up close.
A quiet little moment
Florence looked so peaceful on the play mat that I had to take a photo. The sculpting is lovely up close.
Worth the wait
I had Florence saved for a while before ordering. Very glad I finally did because the larger cuddly size is beautiful.

Questions, answered
Quick answers about our dolls, delivery and returns.
Still have a question? We usually reply within 1–2 hours.
Ask us Will the doll I receive look like the photos?
Yes, the photos and video show the actual design you can expect, including its features and details. Slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
How realistic does the doll feel when held?
With a weighted body and naturally floppy movement, it feels remarkably lifelike in your arms. Just like a real baby, the head and body need gentle support.
Is the doll anatomically correct?
Yes, unless otherwise stated in the product details.
Does the mouth open, and can it hold a dummy/pacifier?
This depends on the design. Models with an open mouth can accommodate a suitably sized dummy.
Can the doll be posed and sit upright?
The soft, flexible silicone allows gentle positioning, including sitting with support. It cannot sit independently.
What size baby clothes will fit this doll?
Our clothing size guide will help you find the best fit based on your chosen doll's measurements.
Read the clothing size guideCan the doll be bathed or washed?
Yes, gently use lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid harsh products or scrubbing, and pat dry with a soft towel.
